How does it work?
|
|
The vivED Planning Service begins with a high-level, district technology evaluation. In some instances, we will use previously collected data to assist us in conducting the evaluation.
Based on the district technology review, we build a comprehensive planning program. Part of this development includes the design of participant materials, creation and development of unique activities, and custom research and analysis for specific client needs.
If necessary, vivED will coordinate the planning session event (usually offsite within the district) and solicit participants. The school community selects the time and location that best suits their schedules and needs.
vivED consultants lead participants through a professionally designed strategic planning session. While the length and scope of the planning session is customizable, a typical planning session last two full days.
vivED will document the session and outcomes for use in continued technology conversations.

Frequently asked question: Would the Technology Plan we create satisfy State Requirements?
Answer: Each state has different requirements and processes for approving a plan.
