Enhancing staff and community support for technology initiatives – Get everyone on board!
Price: $300 base fee plus $30 per person (max 15 people). *Does not include travel and other expenses
No matter how much time and money you spend on technology in your school, it is not going to "work" unless your staff are bought into it. In this course we will discuss the concept of "buy-in" and discuss how to enhance the level of internal support for technology. This course will also cover the buy-in levels of those outside of the building with the school community. We'll discuss strategies for creating excitement, marketing technology initiatives, and working with those afraid, against, or indifferent to technology.
