Building external involvement for technology initiatives in your school
Price: $300 base fee plus $30 per person (max 15 people). *Does not include travel and other expenses
Schools can not expect to maximize the value of technology with only the limited resources they have internally. In this course, participants will learn how to tap into external resources to aid their quest to use technology effectively. We'll cover the process of creating volunteer programs and obtaining volunteers, approaching businesses and community organizations, and building and maintaining external partnerships.

Frequently asked question: I want to attend the class by myself - do you offer classes for individuals to attend or do I have to have a team attend?
Answer: Currently, vivED is only offering this course as an entire package. However, if there is enough demand, we will offer this course for individuals to attend for a per-person fee.
Frequently asked question: We've identified a particular company that we want to win a grant from. Is this the course to attend to help us with this?
Answer: In this particular case, our External Funding class might be more appropriate. Here we are going to discuss long-term reciprocal partnership building, not grant writing.
Frequently asked question: Since this is about external people, can I invite people from my community to attend?
Answer: Certainly, feel free to invite anyone from your community, they will be able to offer some insight into their thoughts on technology initiatives in your building.
