ISTE standards for the Classroom teacher and students
Price: $450 base fee plus $15 per person (max 20 people). *Does not include travel and other expenses *additional costs for non-vivED material
The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) has issued a set of technology standards for school teachers and students. In this course, we will review these standards in detail and provide examples and strategies for attaining them. Time for practice and discussion will be provided. Examples of ISTE standards infused lesson plans will be provided and demonstrated. This course will help teachers understand what their students should know and what they need to know in order to make technology integration a reality.

How does it work?

This course is delivered face-to-face by a vivED consultant. The consultant will provide content, lead discussions, facilitate activities, and demonstrate solutions or strategies. All classes are delivered in a dynamic and open manner with group participation encouraged.

Frequently asked question: I want to attend the class by myself - do you offer classes for individuals to attend or do I have to have a team attend?
Answer: Currently, vivED is only offering this course as an entire package. However, if there is enough demand, we will offer this course for individuals to attend for a per-person fee.
Frequently asked question: Is this course designed for a specific grade level?
Answer: All grade levels are welcome. The model lessons may not apply to your grade, but the resources and handouts as well as the standards will cover grades K-12.
