Price: $300 base fee plus $30 per person (max 15 people). *Does not include travel and other expenses
Schools rarely have enough staff to manage the technology initiatives with the building. Prioritizing what your school wants to do with technology is a difficult task - but having the right staff mix to implement is equally important. In this course we will review strategies and considerations for the appropriate staffing head counts based on school size and needs as well as technology staff job descriptions and roles/responsibilities. Cost saving and staff maximizing strategies will also be covering along with out sourcing options available to schools.

How does it work?

This course is delivered face-to-face by a vivED consultant. The consultant will provide content, lead discussions, facilitate activities, and demonstrate solutions or strategies. All classes are delivered in a dynamic and open manner with group participation encouraged.
